The service

Plan2API ("we") turns AI subscriptions you already have, such as Claude, Codex, Gemini and Kimi, into one OpenAI-compatible API you call with your own key. These terms cover the website, the dashboard and the API. By using Plan2API, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and need to be at least 18. You're responsible for everything done with your account and your keys, including by anyone you share a key with.

Your subscriptions and providers

Plan2API is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Moonshot AI. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini and Kimi are trademarks of their owners.

Only connect subscriptions that are yours. Your provider's terms still apply to your account, and they may not allow using it through a service like Plan2API. Your provider can limit, suspend or close your account at any time, including because of how you use it here. You connect a subscription at your own risk, and we're not responsible for what your provider does with your account.

Providers can change or block access at any time, so a model or a whole provider may stop working through Plan2API without notice.

API keys

  • Your key unlocks your connected subscriptions. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can use them.
  • We show a key once and never store it, so we can't recover a lost one. If you lose every key, resetting your vault in Settings gives you a new one, and you'll need to reconnect your subscriptions.
  • If a key leaks, revoke it on the Keys page. If it's your only key, reset your vault instead.

Acceptable use

Don't use Plan2API to:

  • break the law or violate anyone's rights
  • connect accounts that aren't yours, or use stolen credentials
  • attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its rate limits or security
  • generate content your provider's usage policy prohibits, or spread malware or spam

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Limits and availability

Requests are rate limited, and the limits can change. We may pause a connected subscription when we see signs that it's at risk with its provider, and ask you to reconnect one when its login stops working. The dashboard shows when this happens.

We may change, suspend or stop any part of Plan2API. If we shut the whole service down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Your content

What you send and receive through the API is yours. We pass it between you and your provider without storing it, and claim no rights to it. You're responsible for your requests and for how you use the outputs. AI output can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it.

Plans and payment

Plan2API has a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Scale, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Our pricing shows what each plan includes.

  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Stripe sells the subscription to you as merchant of record and handles the payment, your invoices and sales tax or VAT.
  • If we change a price, we'll tell you before the new price applies to you.

Your AI subscriptions are still billed by your providers, not by us.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts the service, other users or us at risk, or if the law requires it.

Warranty and liability

Plan2API is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any provider will keep working with it.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for anything your provider does to your account, such as suspending or closing it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll point out significant changes on this page. If you keep using Plan2API after a change, you accept the new terms.
